The Chinese Grand Prix built in Shanghai cost a reported $ 240 million to construct following the design of German Hermann Tilke.

The Chinese Grand Prix built in Shanghai cost a reported $ 240 million to construct following the design of German Hermann Tilke.

The first race was held in 2004 and Lewis Hamilton became the first driver to win the race on two separate occasions when he drove to victory in 2011 (his previous win came in 2008).
