The Formula One teams and drivers have made their tyre selections for the Brazilian Grand Prix weekend.
The new three compound tyre regulations from Formula One and Pirelli have worked brilliantly this season.
The drivers and teams have to secretly make their selections weeks in advance and are then locked in with their selections, this has made for some interesting tyre strategies over the course of the 2016 Formula One World Championship.
For Sao Paulo, Pirelli nominated the Orange striped hard compound, the white marked medium compound and the yellow soft compound.
Most drivers have gone with a similar mix of tyres, the majority have opted for just one set of hard tyres whilst Kimi Raikkonen, the Force India drivers and Gutierrez have gone for two sets.
All drivers have then gone for a mix of between 3 and 5 medium compound tyres with between 7 and 9 soft compound tyres.
In the battle for the 2016 FIA Formula One World Championship the Mercedes pairing of championship leader Nico Rosberg and three-time title holder Lewis Hamilton have both gone for a 1 set of hard, 4 sets of mediums and 8 sets of soft.
Sebastian Vettel has gone for the most conservative approach with 5 sets of medium and 7 sets of soft, whilst Williams’ Bottas and Massa have gone aggressive with 3 sets of medium and 9 softs.
