The 2016 Formula One World Championship is coming to its conclusion.
There are only three Grand Prix remaining and Nico Rosberg still holds a 26 point lead following the United States Grand Prix in Austin.
The German is edging closer and closer to his first world title and yet the story of 2016 leaves the Mercedes driver as more of a best supporting actor role in this Hollywood classic.
The main star remains the defending Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton, the story of how one driver can have so much reliability issues when his team-mate in an identical car has none.
Hamilton has either struggled with engine issues or clutch problems on the start and it is clearly playing on his mind.
Even when he is dominating the field, he clearly holds no trust in his car.
‘I felt comfortable doing the job, I was concerned the whole race the car would not make it, right to the line I was in fear of the same thing, that sound I heard in Malaysia…
‘I’m so grateful the car made it across the line. Hamilton told motorsport.com.
‘[Rosberg] is a lot more comfortable with the reliability, it is going well for him, so I have to continue to do my job and hope for the best.’
