Felipe Massa has no reason to wonder if his future remains with Ferrari for next season.

Speculation had suggested that the Brazilian was under threat of losing his place in the team for 2012 following apparent poor performances.

But following a turn in form, where he beat team-mate Fernando Alonso in both Malaysia and China, his future is now said to be secure.

‘Yes. Yes. He has a contract with us for this year [and] for next year. So absolutely yes, no question about it.’ Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has been quoted by Autosport Magazine.

di Montezemolo has been very vocal in the press in recent weeks.

The 63-year-old firstly spoke out about the poor start to the season that his team had made, before recently discussing the very future of Formula One and the possibility of a breakaway series if terms cannot be agreed with currently parties.
