Speculation regarding Red Bull not being ready for winter testing next month would appear to have been well off the mark.
Some suggestions had said that Red Bull were so far behind in their development for the 2013 challenger that the Red Bull RB9 would not be launched ahead of the winter testing programme which starts on February 5th in Jerez, Spain.
However Red Bull Racing have now confirmed that their new car will be unveiled at its Milton Keynes factory on February 3rd and will be ready for testing a couple of days later.
McLaren are set to launch their car on January 31st, Force India February 1st, Sauber February 2nd, whilst Ferrari are also set to launch their car ahead of the test, but have yet to confirm which date.
Following the first test at Jerez in February, the teams will then move to Barcelona for two test sessions at the end of the month, the first between the 19th and 22nd, with the final test taking place on February 28 and running through till March 3rd.
