Only the real Formula One fanatics are usually interested in a testing session.

But with testing in Formula One now limited and this being the first in-season test session for numerous years, interest in the Mugello test is higher than normal.

All the teams, with the exception of HRT will be at the Ferrari owned track over the next three days and all of the teams have now confirmed their driver schedule.

Red Bull and Mercedes were the last teams to confirm their plans and both have gone with splitting their time across their two drivers.

At Red Bull, Mark Webber will take the today and tomorrow morning, before Vettel takes over tomorrow afternoon and Thursday.

At Mercedes, Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher will split the work load today, before Rosberg takes over tomorrow and Schumacher on Thursday.

It shows an interesting mix of how the teams are taking on the testing session.

Ferrari, Sauber and Marussia will also split the three day session between their drivers, although at Ferrari Fernando Alonso will get two days, with Massa getting one day and at Sauber Kamui Kobayashi will get two days with Sergio Perez getting the final day.

Caterham, Lotus, Force India and Williams will all hand the car over to their test drivers today, before their main drivers take a day each on Wednesday and Thursday.

While McLaren have handed the session solely to their two test drivers of Oliver Turvey and Gary Paffett, with neither Lewis Hamilton or Jenson Button taking to the track in Italy.
