The jewel of the Formula One calendar, the Monaco Grand Prix, tends to see the cream rise to the top.
The 2016 Monte Carlo Grand Prix was an entertaining affair, starting in the wet, the drivers had to use all of the experience and talent to skate their way around the drying track.
In the end it was Lewis Hamilton who took the victory, pipping the unlucky Daniel Ricciardo, who had a slow pit stop as his Red Bull Racing team had failed to arrive with the Aussie’s tyres in time.
It was the luck championship contender Hamilton had been lacking all season.
