The first corner mayhem in Singapore could prove to be a pivotal moment in the 2017 Formula One World Championship.
Going into the Grand Prix Lewis Hamilton for the first time this season Lewis Hamilton led the championship.
If it had finished how they lined up on the grid, Sebastian Vettel would have retaken the lead and held a 12 point advantage.
As it turned out, with Vettel colliding with Ferrari team-mate Kimi Raikkonen and Red Bull rival Max Verstappen, the race victory was handed to Hamilton and with it a 28 point lead.
Will Hamilton extend that lead further this weekend? Or can Vettel close the gap?
Or will they clash once again opening the door for someone else?
Can Hamilton’s Mercedes team-mate Valterri Bottas close the gap to Vettel?
Or can Red Bull Racing find themselves ready to strike with either Max Verstappen or Daniel Ricciardo as he did in Baku?
