Are Ferrari really on par with Merc? If so will Sebastian Vettel or Kimi Raikkonen stand on the top step?

Will Red Bull Racing challenge with Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen?

Will McLaren…..scratch that one…will Williams challenge?!
