The backroom team merry-go-round within the Formula One paddock is in full swing.
Paddy Lowe is on gardening leave from Mercedes, leaving his chair behind which has already been filled by James Allison who had left Ferrari back in July.
Paddy Lowe is expected to make the move to Williams, as has Dirk de Beer who last week was announced as Williams F1’s new head of aerodynamics.
The South African previously worked with Sauber and Renault teams before joining Ferrari as chief aerodynamicist in 2013.
A reshuffle of the Ferrari team saw Dirk de Beer move roles and eventually leave the team.
