The Williams Formula One team have announced that they will not be ready to run their new car with the other teams for the first winter test session next month.
The first winter testing session of 2013 takes place in Jerez, Spain on February 5th, running through to February 8th.
McLaren, Ferrari, Force India, Sauber, Red Bull, Mercedes and Toro Rosso have all announced the dates when they will reveal their new cars for the season and all of them will be participating in Jerez.
However Williams will be running their 2012 FW34 [although it will be in 2013 livery] at Jerez, but the new 2013 FW35 will not be unveiled until February 19th at Circuit de Catalunya, Barcelona, the first date of the second winter testing session.
The car will be unveiled by drivers Pastor Maldonado and Valtteri Bottas in the morning ahead of the test session [19-22 February].
